Stayed 2 nights Sept 9/10. My husband and I have visited over 30 countries and this was the worst place we've ever stayed! Room was dirty, mold in shower. Meals are included but food was so bad, we ate all of our meals out. Booked a tour with 5 other people, that was suppose to be 4 hours/ box lunch included. At the last minute they combined 2 tours (4 vans/ approx. 50 people). This tour lasted 9 hours! No lunch, bathroom breaks or water! We did have beer & soft drinks put on the van for sale later in day, but the first stop at the waterfall (2 hours) the van drivers consumed all the beverages! Also was charged 30 pesos more than originally quoted. Motel 6 is 5 star compared to this hotel.
