We had only one night at this very clean,well equipped B and B, as they were booked up for the other night we wished to stay.
We stayed the second night in what appeared from the website to be a very classy guest house but the facilities and the welcome were no match for Sunnyside!
Our twin room was quite small but very comfortable, and we had an en suite full bathroom with shower and bath.
Gordon and Cathy were extremely welcoming. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived . We particularly liked the homemade sponge cake left on the tea and coffee tray for us !
Gordon went beyond the call of duty to drop us in Penryn in the evening, rather than letting us walk in as we had planned.
We will definitely return...possibly on the motorbike next time so my husband and Gordon can talk bikes again !

There is no doubt that when visiting Falmouth/Penryn and surrounding areas of beautiful Cornwall we would always stay with Gordon and Kathy - the warm and welcoming hosts of this very clean and comfortable B&B. Highly recommended.

We spent the weekend dropping our daughter off at the Uni & this B&B is the perfect place to stay. Its location to the campus & Falmouth town centre is very good & the welcome & hospitality of our hosts Gordon & Kathy is excellent.
Having read other reviews about the quality of the breakfast we were not disappointed, we even received an unrequested refund for our dog that didn't make the trip.

My wife and I stayed at Sunnyside for one night only, and were looked after superbly by mine host, Gordon Milton. Our twin bed room including bathroom was comfortable and clean with all facilities including a choice of shower and bath, which was more than welcome for a long soak after our coastal footpath walk that day. Our choice of 'Full English' was ably prepared the following morning by Gordon in the sunlit dining room. A very convenient B and B, would definately recommend and stay there in the future.
