To those that gave this hotel a bad review must give them another try,maybe they improved alot because i found the place clean(except for the worn sheets)reasonable and helpful staff.Was booked to stay at Kia's and glad we changed our mind,what a huge difference and also cheaper.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Arthur's by the Sea in April 2009 . We both agree that their staff was friendly, the facilities were just right , location was the best (near to Store bay and Skewers) and our room was clean. We would recommend Arthur's by the Sea to anyone and we plan on returning some day!

I stayed here with friends in Dec. 09. There was no water (from the other review this seems normal), locks on the doors were non-functional, the ac was very noisy and the service was terrible. The staff of this place basically seem to just want to take your money and are not interested in providing any service. If you want to enjoy your vacation, do not stay here.

Stayed with my wife to attend a wedding at nearby Plantation Hotel. Un-apologetically poor service and customer relations but resonable priced so thought they were having a bad weekend. Because of convenient location my daughter visiting from Canada stayed in December 2009 and was rudely treated when after 20 minutes politely complained about defects in room. Verbally abused by owner's son Jason Arthur. Will not recommend to anyone.
