We had stayed at the Hilton for our last few trips in Tobago so returning to Crown Point after 15 years it was a pleasant surprise to see how good it was. Despite its great views and close proximity to Store Bay the rooms had been improved and the kitchenette is a real bonus. The kids love the ease of switching from the pool to the beach so promptly. The A/C works well and of course you are close to the airport, sea port and so many shops, restaurants and beaches. We will be back.

I would not advise anybody to make this hotel your first choice. the air condition unit in the rooms was not working.there was one food menu for the duration of the stay at least that is what we were told the first day only to realize when we were leaving there was another menu but for some reason not for us. the hotel was 90% empty and when we offered to pay for some extra hours we were denied the opportunity. staff not at all friendly or interested in being helpful. i observed 2 employees male and female patronizing the bar and the female appeared to be highly intoxicated. The employees are very unprofessional.

Compared to the dingy accommodations we were at our first night, we moved and welcomed the bright and spacious room with kitchenette and balcony at Crown Point Beach Hotel. The hotel staff were professional and housekeeping very thorough. The grounds are well maintained and the lobby and bar area were relaxing and comfortable (it's where the wifi worked best). The best part was being right at Store Bay beach from where we took boat tours to the Nylon Pool and snorkeling spots. Great location for walking to restaurants, shops and the airport!

Wasn't expecting much due to the proximity of the airport and the reviews. However was pleasantly surprised to find the room was clean, bathroom was dated but clean. We had daily housekeeping service which kept the room free of sand etc. There is a balcony on each room with a functional drying rack to keep wet towels and bathing suits. The room is self contained which means light meals and snacks are possible. The restaurant was so so on the food but great on the service and the view.
Turned out the proximity to the airport was a blessing. it takes 5 minutes to stroll over and check in - more time to relax in the hotel gardens.
