Staff in hotel excellent, helpful and very friendly!! Dont use restaurant except for breakfast, seems like micro meals and roast dinners are over cooked

This is the second time we have stayed in this particular hotel in a year. First time for 2 nights for a funeral, and this time 5 nights over Christmas. We have also used the restaurant to dine out and entertain when staying with relatives in the area. Menus good and inexpensive. Breakfasts are amazing, no need to eat much at all for the rest of the day. Great when we are driving home to Scotland again!
We have stayed at several Premier Inn Hotels and have had good experiences each time. The staff are so friendly to us and our daughters of 12 and 9 years.

Excellant hotel.stayed over christmas with family,wife two boys aged 10 and 8.they loved the room with both having single beds.which i have not seen before.main be was firm and felt new.
good sized room as well.check in took around 3 mins!!
Pub next door is very nice for the family.Full english brekkie with everything and as much as you can eat for 4 of us came to £12.
didn't hear any noise at all at night ,i think if you have a large party staying at hotel ,you are going to hear noise no matter wher you stay.
overall it is one of the best budget deal premier/travelodge style hotel i have stayed in.

Stayed one night, never again. Extremely noisy with other guests moving around all through the night. Not informed about no charge policy if we had not had a good nights sleep.
Adjacent restaurant was asked to reserve a table for an evening meal several days before our arrival.This WAS NOT DONE. On the whole not a very good experience and as stated would not stay there again. Two Mills just up the road offered a much better level of comfort and service.
