After a huge trip, we got to the hotel, wanted to shower and go to bed but we didn't have any towels in the room..
People working there did not speak english, except for one man. Even if they did not speak english, they could be helpful and nice.
There were some strange spots on our sheets, we ask it be changed. After some gesticulating they said it would be changed.
They did not take our word for it and had to go up to the room and see it for themselves.
On our 3rd day, we left the room in the morning, got back after dinner to find our room with the window opened (not by us), so after a huge day walking in Paris, we had a freezing room.
The rooms are really small but that's shown upfront and for that price I don't think anyone can argue with that.
Next time I'll go to Paris, I'm pretty sure that if I stay at a Premiere, won't be this one. Luckily we had a car to Torcy or Bussy St Georges and catch the train.
