I booked this hotel for 2 nights via the Eurostar website for 2 nights at the end of September 2007. When we booked it, we confirmed over the telephone that we would be arriving at 1330 hrs in paris and would be checking in around 1400hrs and leave bags so we could go and explore Disneyland.
When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk was shut and there was a sign saying checkin was only
between 7 - 11 am and pm, and as it was now 1400hrs there was no way we could check in. I was very stressed as i was travelling with my little boy who was now tired and hungry and wanted to go to Disneyland! I walked around fro 20 minutes and finally located someone who rudely informed me it was my problem and nothing to do with them. It was my fault and Should have checked the check in times. Needless to say we were lucky to find A better class of hotel which was the Kyriad where the satff were great.
MLV SAINT THIBAULT is one of the cheapest hotels, but don't be fooled, they are not interested in customer care, pay a little extra for decent service.
