I am writing this review as i have just read the only other report on the site
we went to this hotel last xmas the brochure said english speaking staff well there wasnt but very nice lady checked us in
When we walked into the room i must admit i wanted to walk out it was very small with a balcony where there was 2 more beds but we were so tiered we just went to bed
The nexr day it looked better was very clean bathroom was spotless the heater worked very well so room was warm
We wnet for brekfast and was impressed there was plenty of food and unlimired hot drinks
In the end we just joked the room was for hobbits but it suited us and i must admit for the price at xmas was very good in fact i am looking to book it again for this year!

The journey was not as they told us infact it took one hour and another two french men to get there using the instuctions kyriad gave us. Once there wew waited half an hour for our rooms. The room was clean but crampt with five beds one on a veranda which was unsafe. I sat on my bed and noticed it was broken, all the slats were very weak as they had been bent. It was hot and stuffy so we opened a window and it fell completely out onto the roof below so my freind picked it up. so they moved two of the five out of the area while they fixed the problem so we got moved downstairs. the folowing evening we were moved back into the room only to find the window was not fixed they had leant it in the frame and nailed a small peice of material to a plank of wood and balanced that on their. Luckily they had repaired the bed yet the room was still stuffy.


I urge anyone to cancel bookings here and find somewhere else and fast. It is a disaster zone.
