I would like to defend this hotel after some of the unfair reviews it has had. I have been taking school children to Paris for 10 years and this hotel had the best accommodation I have seen. The rooms for 3 are spacious and have the third bed on a mezzanine, which the children loved. The rooms were very clean and everything was in working order except for one TV and this room was changed. The staff , although they did not speak much English, were friendly and polite. How many staff in British hotels speak French?
The breakfasts were excellent. My only criticism would be the evening meal ( we only had one in the hotel ) which was not exactly healthy. However, this was probably a response to British school children sending back anything resembling vegetables or salad.

My daughter went on a school trip and stayed there for a week. The room smelt of stale smoke when they arrived. They sprayed the room to make it smell acceptable. Every day on their return to the room it smelt of smoke again and the clothes all had to be washed as they smelt awfull on her return.

My Friend and Myself arrived via a taxi after getting horribly lost trying to find the hotel as we were instructed Kyriad was near to the "Disneyland Resort." We found it easy to confirm our booking and get our room eventhough only 1 person spoke decent english. Upon entering the room we found 2 single beds pushed together which was shocking as we booked single beds, we had to separate them. The room was clean and the most important thing was the bathroom was clean aswell. It was tricky to get to the "Disneyland Resort" we needed to get a bus and the tube which i thought was dissapointing as we were told to be very close to the resort. The breakfast was decent and the had a wide range of things to choose from which we made full advantage of. The positioning of the hotel wasnt great, it felt like we were out in the middle of knowhere with a long walk to the nearest resturant. Our stay was pleasant however if you were visiting the "Disneyland Resort" especially with children i would not recoment this holet as its quite a pallarva to get there. It was average.

Very small room,hot like in hell,only one of the staff speak english,the breakfast was good but no personal around to help us.
