Went to this place for a stopover for their onsen. Had an enjoyable experience popping over at the hotel.
1) As was gonna take the bus to Hanazono, and being the first time to Niseko, thought it would be good to drop my things at a nearby locker.
2) Went to the hotel and ready lockers were available, though slightly expensive at Y300.
3) The lift to 2F connects to other ski areas. Located next to the hotel is a ski and snowboard rental shop, where I managed to rent a pair of snow boots, due to wearing the wrong shoes and nearly slipping.
4) The onsen is located at the basement, and upon paying at the counter, you would proceed to the top for the public bath.
5) Amenities were plenty in the hotel's onsen, complete with a large onsen and jacuzzi. To add to this, the amenities for bathing are pretty adequate with plenty of shower positions, toiletries and, most importantly, freedom to enjoy your onsen as a tourist who speaks limited Japanese (Please do read my other "not so favourable review of onsen Daiichi Takimotokan - Japan rates its service quality and standards very highly).
6) There is also a souvenir shop near the entrance of the hotel where you can make a trip to see the souvenirs available for Niseko area.
A pretty much complete hotel, and one which thrives on its excellence in service. If I do go over to Niseko, I will stopover for another quick onsen and relaxation guide. May even try staying at the hotel next time, so that this can become a more complete review of Niseko Alpen Hotel.
