About the seventh time at this hotel and as usual we had a brilliant week, friendly staff, great accommodation and excellent facilities especially for skiing, walking etc.

We spent marvellous Christmas holidays in Nordic. We are a big familly of eight people of all ages from 1 to 57. Everybody enjoyed and was happy. The location, food, service were really good. Kids enjoyed swimming pool and game center. As we went to bed early the only problem was loud music in lobby bar tonight.
If we go to Andorra again we will defenetly stay in Nordic.

Spent 6 nights in Nordic as part of skiing package.Its location right beside 4 person lift and gondola great.The food is very good (huge buffet with great variety).All the staff very friendly and helpful.The head chef was happy to engage in conversation and was appreciative of comment.Jesus supervised the restaurant in a cheerful and professional way.Penelope and the other reception staff helped with any queries with a friendly smile.The rooms were comfortable and kept spotlessly clean and tidy by the cleaning staff
Unfortunately all of the good has to be balanced by the horrible smokey air in the bar area.I cant understand why the comfort of the many is allowed to be ruined by the few people smoking.As a previous reviewer remarked the smell goes even into the rooms and you should keep the inner room door closed to prevent the worst of this.Can owners rectify this PLEASE!!!!!

Rooms well appointed - a little on the small side, but had a great view of the slopes. Nice and warm - large radiator and towel rail to dry ski jacket etc. Best thing about the hotel are the meals - we found them to be of an excellent standard. Although dinner was not served til 8pm which was a bit late for us. Christmas eve was brilliant - they really made it special with free wine, champagne, sea food starter, etc etc all accompanied by pianist and singer. Singer and dancing in the bar that night was also good - all the other nights there was not much atmosphere in the bar. Great location for El Tarter gondola, you can ski down to it (although we only managed this once as snow had turned to slush/ice the other times so it was a bit of a treacherous walk down.) We managed a ski down to the hotel once (although as beginners, we found this rather hair-raising!) It' s a pity the chairlift from the hotel wasn't working for our time there - probably when there is more consistent snow this would be up and running. ski locker very handy location.
