Biella is a lovely quiet town with lots of room to move around and enjoy a renaissance period city which made its money from the wool trade.
The hotel is well located and more or less new. The staff did a great job of making us feel welcome and we really enjoyed out stay.
The room was large and well furnished with good quality materials, bathroom was smallish, but OK for a short stay, Good amenities.
Road noise was quiet high and the muzak from the corridor loud at times
