I have visited Kista several times and StayAt Apartment inside the Kista Galleria is the best option. The room is large compared to most rooms in the centre of the town for the same price. You do get a kitchen, and for those who like to cook, it is very convenient as there is a supermarket inside the Galleria. I do not however like the layout, as to get to the reception for the first time, you must exist the Galleria and walk out onto the street level, this makes it inconvenient for those coming from the train station.

Kista is in desperate need of a full service hotel, otherwise these hotels will not improve.

Stayed here for 2 weeks last September and I will do again if I ever get the chance.

Complete kitchen utensils, spacious, clean rooms. 15 minute leisurely walk from the corporate buildings. It is also built right next to the Kista Galleria and a tunnelbana station, from there you can go around Stockholm.

Room internet connection is free, provided you bring your own LAN cable.

24-hour check in/out service is very reliable, which is for long-distance travellers. I've had the chance to correspond with staff through email before I arrived at Stockholm and they are very helpful.

Laundry facilities are located in the basement.

Since this is a student dorm, there won't be room service or anyone who cleans up after you so best tip I can give is to keep it clean yourself. :)

I had stayed at the STAY AT Kista i march 2010 for 3 weeks.
The biggest positive about the hotel is the loctaion. Very conveniently located just across the Kista T- Bana and is housed adjoining the Kista Galleria. So food and travel is definitely not a problem. The Breakfast with the hotel booking is served at the galleria which is a 2 to 3 min from the hotel. You do not have to get outside to get to the galleria as you get an access card to get into the galleria through the hotel itself. If you are work in Kista then its the best place to stay as it is cheaper. The negatives are that, they clean the apartments only once in a week. The free internet was hardly working when i was there and that seemed to be the compliant from others as well. The staff were OK . Neither curt nor friendly. Other wise the room size was just enough and the furniture was sufficient.They had a small kitchenette and just about enough utensils for basic cooking if required to do. In all its definitely worth it if you have work in Kista.

Stayed at Kista Stayat Apartment for 3 weeks. Its our 2nd time in this apartment and the ONLY reason is 2nd is because its located conveniently. Staff are ok is customer service eventhough they would a lot better with the word 'I'm sorry", 'i beg your pardon' and 'thank you' or 'you're welcome'. Their introduction to the hotel services is not good enough.
Incident one: there is a laundry service on the 11th floor and you need to book a slot and pick up the key 5 mins before the time. Came downstairs with 2 full bag of laundry, the staff assigned the key. Reached the laundry room, the door wont open as it shows red light. Came again downstairs with the laundry bags, tell the staff that the key doesnt work, not an apology. Went up again, met an African guy and asked if "this" laundry area is for guests. I said, yes and you can book the timing with reception and get the key. Guy said, "oh, I didnt know we can do it here" I've been doing it on the student laundry area!"
Housekeeping doesnt speak a single word of English, only Swedish. Which I think its sad since the hotel apartments are usually for foreigners!
All in all, the location was great for my husband who works nearby otherwise, we would have gone to a proper hotel downtown.
