I’ve stayed here a few times when visiting Kista. This hotel is ok if you are spending no more than a few days in Kista but I wouldn’t take someone here for a romantic weekend away!

The staff are very friendly and the service good. However the rooms are very plain and have no air conditioning so you have no control over the room temperature – which can be warm in summer and very stuffy in winter. Variety of TV channels is limited and as this hotel primarily caters for business people, there is a scaled down service at the weekend and the hotel is very quiet. If staying the weekend then I would recommend staying in the city instead.

I have just been one a week business trip to Kista and stayed at Memory. I'm traveling a lot in most parts of the world and it is not often I can say that I feel like being at home when staying at a hotel, but my stay at Memory was like that.

- Free Wireless internet worked perfect both at 4th floor and in the restaurant.
- The room was very nice with a good bed and a nice sofa, flat screen television and the remote control actually worked. Everything was well kept and really clean.
- No noise from other rooms or other areas.
- Bath room not big but there was a full size bath tube and what else you needed.
- Staff very kind, professional and flexible.
- The food in the restaurant was good and I even got a special meal that was not on the menu when I asked for it - great flexibility from waiter and kitchen.
- Minibar with perfect temperature with coca cola, water and orange juice and some candy - just what I needed instead of all the small alcohol bottles that is normally taking up space.
- Great location for doing business in Kista and even in central Stockholm - however beware of the traffic during rush hours.

Room for improvements:
- It would have been nice with a bath rope and some slippers.
- The ventilation (not the temperature) in the room (457) was not great and couldn't be controlled, but at least you can fully open the windows.
- A piece of complementary fruit in your room would be nice.

I can only give this hotel and its staff and owners my best recommandations and I
really really wish that there where more hotels like this in the world, then business traveling would be a lot less stressful!

Although the room was a little small, the staff was super friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. Walking distance from Ericsson and also the Kista mall. Close to the Tunnelbana and the commuter train, so it is easy to get to Stockholm. Breakfast buffet was included in the stay. I would definitely stay here again.
