Me and the lads were attending the benicassim music festival and we stayed in this hotel complex. We stayed in the four star part. The complex comprises of 3 hotels a 3star which is pictured a four star and a 5 star. The 5 star looked really nice the 3 star looked like a dive and the four star had the best balconies!! Our room had ocean views and had a massive wrap around balcony. The hotel was the 4 star and was very modern with lovely rooms. The hotel was massive! and I can not speak low enough of the staff! the staff let this place down so much! they do not care and they almost don't want you there! now at 5am in the morning when your hammered coming back from the benicassim music festival I can understand this but at 10am when you haven't been drinking the night before and are going for breakfast and they're still been difficult then theres a problem!

We used the hotel as a base for the benicassim festival. I would recommend buying a bus pass for the festival because its about 20-30 euro to get from the hotel to the festival in a taxi and the bus pass is 50 for the 4 days! however there are a ton of locals who drive around and (THERE NOT TAXI'S) who will bring you to the festival for 25-30 euro! we did this a few times and the local lads who were driving were generally sound enough!!

Around the hotels there are fabulous restaurants if you rate Mcdonalds highly! We found one decent restaurant in the whole of oropesa and thats a brazillian barbecue place! We think it was good but only because the food was revolting in every restaurant around the hotel. I'd recommend the hotels room service but that put me in a porta loo for a whole night at the festival!! DO NOT ORDER ANY POULTRY PRODUCTS DURING JULY ESPECIALLY SOMETHING WITH EGGS ON IT!! I cannot stress that point enough!! Food at the music festival was edible which is a damn side better then anything around or in the hotel! There was one restaurant called Picantes or Picantos which the hotel recommended and to be honest if mcdonalds did itialian food it'd be on par with Picantes, it was awful! but in fairness it diddn't destroy my insides unlike everywhere else!!

The hotel aslo has Europes biggest SPA who i'm sure is working behind the counter of the 4 star!! But on a serious note there is a huge spa in the complex with mud baths lemon baths and ice baths etc.... It is incredible and very relaxing especially the dead sea part however unless your in the 5 star its 30 euro a go! well worth visiting!

All in all the hotel staff don't want you! Your insides don't want the food but if your going to the festival all you care about is somewhere to sleep and since the rooms were top notch I'd recommend staying considering everywhere else is worse and I know this because we had friends staying in all the other hotels!

If you don't mind staying in a what resembles a communist era apartment block then this resort is an ideal location for the Benicassim festival. It's got a beach, a pool, a shop and bars, all near the apartment. The apartment was clean, modern and had a terrace, it's not going to win any awards for architecture but it was a decent base for chilling in the day before hitting the festival. It's good to get out of Benicassim in the day and Orpesa del Mar is ideal for this.

Great discount, very big and comfortable apartment. We were there for Benicàssim festival: great choice! Unbelievable big spaces!!! 5 of us there and we had a great time. All apartments are perfectly furnished and all comforts are available just like they had told us. We were a bit afraid: now we hope we can come back next year for the festival and stay there, again.

stayed at one of these apartments for Benicassim festival with the supplier Hector Inmobiliaria. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning blew in cold air but made the room smell like a sewer but worst of all water came up from the sink and flooded the kitchen on a couple of occasions, despite us never using the sink.. this also added a smell that could only make you vomit. on checking out the folk at Hector Inmobiliaria accused us of putting cigarettes down the sink to cause the flood and charged us extra because we put towels on the floor to try and stop the whole apartment becoming flooded. They'll probably put some other poor suckers in the apartment with the dodgy sink next week and charge them until they've saved up enough money to fix what was becoming a serious safety hazard. Avoid these apartments at all costs!!
