“Very Bad Experience”

Having seen the high rates, beautiful pictures of this hotel one can easily think that the service would have the highest quality while they called this hotel as a boutique style.
Breakfast was completely poor with 3-4 types of food. We ordered roll bread and got the answer that the cook had forgets to make it. When we arrived to the breakfast there was no more or less 5 guests only and they train the staff infront of us. We ordered coffee at the beach and it came in 50 minutes. As an excuse, they told us that there is a problem with the machine. I ask everyone is it possible to have only one coffee machine in such an hotel???Also, there was a problem with the air condition in the room while I think that they did not make the annual care for it. It scatters germs and I become sick in our second night.

Finally, in our last day we ask the reception that are there any place to dress-up because our plane was at late night and we already make check out. They told us that they have the toilets right behind the reception both men and women can enter. There was no hair dryer machine so that I go to the plane with wet hair. Also, the showers at these toilets were transparent so that anyone can see you. You have to dress within the showers so that there were no dressing rooms. The hotel reception did not apologized for this situation and also they dont give us towels from the housekeeping but reccommend to use our beach towels.

I will never return or go back to this hotel and I did not recommend it to anyone. Last year, I have been in Radisson Çeşme and it was much more cleaner and the service was much more better!!!!!!!

We have enjoyed 5 days there with our 2 years old twins.
Very elegant / charming hotel with a big garden just between the rooms the pool and the beach.
We had a nice bedroom on the ground floor with direct acess to the garden.
Swimming pool and beach are very good.
Restaurant is very nice food is good but menu is lımited and 'borring' after 3 days.

Perfect base for windsurfing many rental available at 2min walking distance.

“Awesome Resort, great sea, very laid back environment..Perfect Vacation”

I was in Alacati Beach Resort the beginning of September for a friend's wedding. I loved everything about it. The food was amazing, hearty breakfasts, very tasty treats and unbeleivable dinner. The wedding was phenomenal, the beach bar, the food cannot tell you how good it was, you need to see it yourself. If you love windsurfing, the windsurfing school is inside the resort, especially in the afternoon you can see a lot of windsurfers on the sea at the windsurfers beach.

There is a private bay just for windsurfing so don't be conserned if you don't like it. If you stay there and go to the beach, try the corns on the cob, which are boiled, and stuffed mussels while enjoying the beach. These are local flavors which are eaten while enjoying the sun and in between lapswims. The beach has a lot of lounge chairs and some private lodge boxes full of pillows and private service. The resort also has a huge outdoor pool where they filter sea water and use in it. The pool area is also very comfortable with big chairs lots of relaxation.

If you happen to be there the end of august or beginning of september, try to go to the local flea market to get figs and other incredible fruit and a lot of local textiles.

Having seen the high rates, beautiful rooms and a perfect location in Cesme, one can easily think that the service would have the highest quality.
Dinner was completely poor with 2-3 types of food. We ordered fish (which was written in the menu) and got the answer that they had run out of it. Restaurant had more or less 10 guests only and the lack of fish in a well-known seaside town like Cesme can be considered very absurd. Dinner was served maybe 1 hour later than the order. Cesme has many great restaurants but that was the least pleasant one ever.

TV in the room was not working and the reception did not bother to find a solution. They told that it was too late to call the technical service at night. Wireless internet was not working, either. Reception told that it was an ongoing problem. So I believe, at least, it should have been told during the check-in before waiting for the guest to find out.

Finally the hotel reception apologized for the inconvenience during the check-out, but the professional hotels usually offer discount or such in these cases. It did not happen at all.

So I hope they improve their service as they claim to offer a high quality one but the small and lovely pensions around the town would be less disappointing concerning the quality-price ratio.

“Great hotel ! great staff ! ideal location !”

I stayed at Alacati beach resort for ten days in the summer of 2008. It was my first time in Turkey and probably my best vacation. Alacati Beach Resort is a wonderful place , with a very competent staff. The location is amazing and the view from the hotel rooms as well as from the nearby restaurant Otto is breathtaking.( I highly recommend to watch the sunset from this restaurant.) The atmosphere of the restaurant in the resort was very warm, the staff is really working hard to make you feel like you are at home. Breakfast was probably my favorite time of the day, they serve typical turkish breakfast with delicious eggs and chai. The beach is beautiful and again has an amazing view. A big plus is given to the rooms that are really comfortable with nice balcony with view on the sea.Loved the pool as well. the resort also offers many watersports not only windsurfing. I have to say i will never forget my vacation at Alacati Beach Resort. The hotel manager, Kenan made sure that our stay was perfect !
