Room was fab, beds fantastic, disabled room wonderful.in the lobby you can charge almost any phone i would say as there is a box with key you pay for 1/2 or hour well i wished i thought of this little gold mine.
the food here well was amazing, very good.

This hotel is lovely and clean with a perfect location for a shop and stayover, Stayed here twice now. once with just hubby and then with my young daughters. Both the double room and family room were excellent. Great, helpful staff, excellent service and a lovely lounge and bar area. KIds loved the ben n gerrys ice cream machine. Will defo stay here again.

This hotel is a real gem. We had a great stay there visiting the Trafford Centre and Chill FactorE. The staff really are the best - from the warm friendly welcome to good service in the bar and well organised and run breakfast they really seemed to care about customer service. The rooms were a good size comfortably accommodating a family of 4, very modern, well designed and spotlessly clean. It was a great value break and would not hesitate to book here again next time we're in Manchester.

Me, my husband and 9 month old baby stayed for the weekend for my husband's birthday. The hotel was easy to find and first impressions were very good! We were greeted by a lovely man on the front desk who said he'd put us in a quiet area of the hotel as we had a baby with us. He put us on the third floor at the back of the hotel (easily accessible by the lift) and we didn't have one bit of noise.

Our whole stay was perfect but I really must comment on how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. From queries about buses to requests for Sellotape, all were happy to help!

Our room was perfectly clean and incredibly comfortable. The sink was in the same room as the bed but this was no problem to us. And, although the shower room was small the shower cubicle was huge so there was plenty of room for me to shower with my baby.

We are planning our next visit to Manchester and will be staying in this hotel again!
