First of all, we would like to thank Marion and John for their kind welcome and hospitality, we arrived after a long drive and the two days that we stayed were a great tonic. The evening meal on the first night was excellent and very good value for money.

The house was spacious with large bedrooms and first class facilities. We just wished that the weather had been better so that we could have made more use of the swimming pool , although we did manage to swim at 23:00 hours on the final night .

Oradour, the scene of a WW2 massacre is a short distance and was a very moving experience .

We stayed 4 nights at John and Marilyn's Chambres d'Hotes in Nouic. We were made very welcome, had use of the garden and swimming pool whenever we liked, the breakfast and evening meals were superb and the room was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.
We would definetly return to stay here. We booked on the recommendations of previous guests on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed, the area is peaceful and interesting and John and Marilyn made our stay even better with advice on local places to visit, restaurents etc.....The excellent rating is well deasrved.

For the third year we stayed 3 days at this adress.John and Marilyn are very friendly .
Everything is possible. The room and bathroom are very clean. The swimmingpool is very clean and you can lounge around it. Large, beautiful garden. Breakfast and diner (4 rounds) are better than in a restaurant. Price/quality is a 10. Many guests return at this adress.Now we stop with compliments, otherwise we cannot book for the next year!!

Stayed with John and Marilyn while travelling around France, what a great couple. John is quite the character and a wonderful host with lots of stories to tell. Marilyn is a fantastice cook, we had dinner and breakfast and both where excellent.

The rooms are top quality and very large and comfortable, even the bathrooms are large in size. The home is wonderful and it was nearly warm enough to swim in the pool. The grounds are large and picturesque. John does an amazing job in maintaing it and keeping the pesky moles under control.

This is one of the very best B&B I stayed in, in France and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
