We arrived late hot afternoon,temperature in mid thirties Grand Gates!
Greeted by a Blonde lady her and her male colleague who refused to let us park close to the main block in order to unload our roof box!
Documents documents repeatedly being asked for Docs!
Kids tired from the long car journey from London,we have stayed in top hotels all over tge world who simply asked for Docs after we had been shown our rooms!
Appartment was clean modern in its apperance poorly Lit!
Catering facilities come in a cupboard formated into 4electric rings Sink and mini fridge!
3bins for recycling!
Pool open 9am to 7pm!
Jacuzzi on for 30mins between 11:30am and noon! However u need to swipe ur gate card to get it working!
3days on tge owners decided to start clipping and trimming trees and hedges starting @9am!
Whilst there paying guests were lounging around the pool!
Ourselves & a dutch couple complained about the racket at 3pm they were asked to stop the chainsaw and the petrol hedge strimmer after a long conversation they agreed as half the ppl had left the pool because of excessive noise!
I asked all the guests And they agreed !
Why get involved in tourism if you have no desire to be welcoming helpfull courteous or polite to paying guests!
My general thought is mostly this is a wedding venue and they choose to rent appts in summer to make more money!

“Perfect base for Veneto visitors”
We have stayed one week in this nice agritourismo site. The room was spacious and very comfortably equipped. (including fly/moscito protection on every window). Very quiet but near the motorway. A car is needed.
Travels to Venice or Padova very easy, fast and cheap (!) by train.
The service by Gianluigi and his wife is very friendly and the breakfast coffee is good.

“wonderful location for a day trip to Venice”
very nice Agriturismo property, only 25 minutes by train to Venice. perfect value for money, we stayed for 50 € per room in one of the large and beautiful equipped appartments. only small negative aspect was the partly rude behavior of the couple who runs the property; they were not working before in the industry and don't know how to talk properly to their clients. nevertheless a perfect spot to combine a quiet and relaxing holiday with a daytrip to Venice.
