We had a really good time with Steve and Damian, hospitality is great, they have lots of tips for sightseeing and are truly interested in how your day has been. The B&B is perfectly located for exploring Normandy, close to the d-day beaches, Bayeux and mt saint michel. The breakfast (they have a menu with 5 different choices) is served at a large table together with all the other guests, so you can share trips and tips. We actually got to teach them something about oysters, that they to have different terroirs and taste very different. We really liked the utah beach oysters (buy them on the way to utah beach, few hundred meters before the beach there is a shop on the left that sells the catch of the day). In st eglise sur mer there is a small shop that also sells very good ones (after you cross a small river on the right corner). But the ultimate experience is Cancalle, if you like oysters you really should go there!

Damien & Steve were both great. Helpful, friendly and witty !!
We stayed in the Bateau room which was superb with views overs the front and the rear garden. Will definitely be staying in the future.

We stayed at "Palu" for two nights in early August.This is a real gem, I'd read the reviews and had high expectations....they were easily surpassed. Everything is just perfect but most of all your hosts Damien and Steve, they must have heard all the questions a hundred times yet they still manage to be supremely helpful with charm and humour.
Now if you think I'm over-egging the pudding , go there , then lets see your review!
Oh, and don't miss the Bar Ambience for a great steak.

Steve and Damien greeted us with tea and coffee and we felt immediately at home. The room was very spacious and the guest lounge was a good spot to chat to the other guests and use the Internet. We were there over National Day and they contacted sites on our behalf so we knew that the sites we wanted to visit would be open. We had 2 wonderful days touring the area and the BnB was a perfect base for us as we prefer not to be in the centre of a town.
