As this hostel is still in the finshing stages you can only judge on what is finished!

We stayed in the main white building, rooms the standard rooms are located on 1,2,3 rd floor but without any view, the window opens to a brick wall 6ft away is the next building. So if you require a view go for the sea view rooms 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, the interior are the same basic main room with air con small tv with 100 channels two in English. The bathrooms are tiny with shower sink and toilet. Very powerful shower plenty of hot water , in fact so powerful the shower head shoots up and soaks the bathroom . The hostel will have a problems with floods! Really need shower doors.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, a lot of the clients are german and are not happy with the basic rooms when they arrive.
The main building has a roof terrace for use of clients, basic green plastic furniture, and looks like a bar will be finished one day.
The bar restaurant is located on the ground floor, a good quality breakfast served 8.30/10.30. Plenty of choice cooked eggs cereal, croissants cakes cheese meats. The first coffee and tea is included freshly made to order, after that you have to pay. Very good service but still early days they forgot plates milk etc!

As we only paid 30 euros including breakfast single person in a double room in april good value for money, my friends upgraded to a sea view for a extra 18 euros a night.

The web site looks great and i hope the finished product matches it ! The three bed apartment is located in another building two doors up with a roof pool and terrace, also accros the road from the main building is the garden and another pool. Not finished yet but if it matches the web site pics will be great.

Looking at the basic prices for the summer 650 euros for a weeks stay in a basic room, the common areas are going to have to be special to match this price.
