Borgo Matero is outstanding and is run very effeciently by Angela Romei who could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about Tuscany

Angela speaks perfect English which was a great help

The accomodation is spotless and of a very high standard all guests will be very pleasantly surprised. The area is very quite and peaceful absolute bliss

Angela arranged a cooking course for us which was held on site in one of the lodges kithcen's. Angela acted as interpreter between ourselves and Merilla and the dishes she preapared were just fantastic

Had a great week at Angela Romei's Agriturismo 'Borgo Matero'. Just a few appartments/villa's in a impresive environment, making it very comfortable and very private. Angela Romei is charming and very helpful. The children loved the place, though there were not other (young) children during the last week of July. Special attention for the garden wtih tomatoes, peppers, salads, basil, etc. We will certainly come back, and recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed vacation in Tuscany.

We just returned from a week in beautiful Tuscany where we stayed in an agriturismo near Cetona. This lovely place was beautiful and peaceful and our villa was clean comfortable and very private. Our host Angela Romei was charming and so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this lovely place for a relaxed vacation.
