It was excellent value, friendly staff, free close carparks, good spa, welcome drinks, close to supermarket and tapa bar and only a one hour drive into Barcelona.

Hotel in a good location, close to Port Aventura theme park. The facilities named in this hotel on certain websites are a little out of date. We stayed for five nights and although some aspects of the hotel are very good it is very basic in a lot of ways and not really worthy of four stars.

Plus points - Helpful friendly staff, clean rooms and good quality bathrooms. Good breakfast and quiet pool area. Very Spanish local shops and restaurants, not touristy at all.

MInus points - no bar area and just a limited poolside bar. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner contrary to information given. However staff are more interested in serving guests in the restaurant than at poolside and service can be slow and inadequate. No English channels whatsoever on satellite TVs in rooms. No wifi, only one computer available for guests to use.

We stayed at this apartment hotel in june 2007, it is absolutely the best! we read reviews before we went and decided to go ahead and book it! we were welcomed with a warm smile and staff knew how to speak english which was a great advantage! staff helped us with everything ranging from showing us to the bar, the restaurant and swimming pool! the swimming pool was lovely! staff are bright and happy! no problems what so ever! we loved our room was clean and absolutely beautiful! never been to such a hotel that is just perfect! best hotel visited to date! i would give this hotel above 5 stars as it made our stay memorable! we are a brother and sister who have enjoyed our trip for 7 days coming from uk, leicester. we loved it here and will definately visit again in future...... staff had also helped with bus transportation and explained us and told us which bus goes where. overall excellent hotel, great service, 5 star food what more can you ask for?

I booked a family room for 3 people for one night on the way to southern Spain. The hotel itself is ok, a decent 3 stars hotel, pretty good value so I didn't have any major expectations. The room was ok, very old though, the couch the third person had to sleep on was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice, pretty big. There was a small kitchen which we didn't use though. The staff was a bit unfriendly and not very helpful (problems with keys, parking access, restaurant choice). The breakfast was included and was pretty good. Overall it was a good hotel to stay for one night but not more though.
