The hotel is ok nice location and rooms are ok to the price. The problem with this hotel is the staff.
When we booked is stated that they were close to a basketball court and mountain bikepath and other aktivities.
The staff had no clue about where any of this stuff was and did in no way try to help us. not just with the aktivities but also with restaurants and clubs there was no help. The lady at the front desk even had the nerve to hint that we should go to a mcD. cuz she thought we were americans and cuz of my size would fit in there. Not the treatment one would expect any where in the world and sertainly not a a 4* hotel.
It was very clear that we were not wel liked. Eventhough we in no way caused problems.
Only nice thing was housekeeping the were rely nice specially the australian lady super nice.
I would not recoment this hotel to my enemy

this is a fine hotel located approximately 7km north of catania. its right by the sea and has a nice swimming pool and plenty of lounging space with sea access. Its close to a small village with a few restuarants specilising in seafood which were only a short distance away (15min walk). a couple of things to note are: the road the hotel is on is very busy and without much of a pavement so the short walk is a dangerous one and we were advised to drive. the swimming pool requires a cap which the hotel can provide if you don't have (for a fee). little information is provided by the hotel and water provided in the rooms was for a fee which was not apparent.
fine for a short relaxing stay close to catania but if you like to walk then not recommended.
