“ Place to Stay New Year's Eve ”

I'm looking for a place to stay within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg that reasonably priced and doesn't have a minimum stay? Does anyone know of such a place? When I say reasonably priced, I want to stay in the $100-$150 range a night.

I just looked at choicehotels.com and it looks like there are a couple of places that still have a room abailable at the 2 econo lodges and they both would be within walking distance. I know where the one on historic nature trial is located and it would be easy to access the space needle area where all the attraction will be.
