Pensacola Forum: South Beach Grill?

 South Beach Grill?

I noticed that south beach grill won several awards at the p. seafood festival and wondered if there was one located in pensacola. I didn't find one there when I googled it.

Friends and I will be staying on p. beach in mid-oct and have done my usual studying--many sources including what has always been my favorite--tripadvisor. I got much good info on the treasure island forum when planning our visits there and was hoping for the same enthusiasm on this forum. What is the difference?

Pensacola and the surrounding area is just kind of a weird place (in my opinion, of course). I lived there for 30+ years and never could figure it out. It's a nice place to visit but I would never want to live there again.

Even with the gorgeous beaches, the area just can't seem to get it together when it comes to information. Like South Beach Grill for instance. Here is a restaurant that was the overall winner at the Seafood Festival but there is no mention in any articles where exactly this place is located. That's typical.

There is very, very little activity on this forum (or any other) for the Pensacola area. That's just the way it is. I don't live there anymore but I try to help out here cause it's a sad little forum!

But, don't let that dissuade you from visiting the Beach. You are going during the best month and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Thanx for your reply austin. I checked the forum on the PNJ and it seemed to be the home spot for negativity. I'm sure we'll have a good time kicking back, enjoying the view, beach, ocean and eating some seafood. It's too bad though that the locals and others who visit Pensacola can't be enthusiastic and share some. Thank goodness all tripadvisor forums aren't so sparse of info. Thx again.
