I have tons of questions, let me just enumerate them. lol.

1. Does anyone know if this resort is exclusive for members only?

Or can anyone go there and just pay an entrance fee?

2. Do they charge corkage fee for bringing in food?

3. How much is their buffet (if they have it)?

4. How is the sand/water? Is it like the other beaches in batangas with lots of corals and rocks at the bottom?

5. How much is the day-tour entrance fee?

Their website isn't so informative--hope someone can help me. Thanks!

Better skip this semi-exclusive resort to other open resort in Nasugbu.

This place is a timesharing beach resort only exclusive to its condo unit owner and time-sharing owner. This mean to get in this facilities somebody from its existing clientele need to invite you and reserve your room in your behalf.

You can't show-up on their reception without letter of authority from their existing unit owner.

If ever you get invited. No bringing of outside food. Since they have their own restaurant and bar.

The sand/water is not as impressive compare to Munting Buhangin beach resort. Sand not very white powdery but rather look like light brown sugar texture. Water no comment no time to explore.

No day tour since its a exclusive/time-sharing resort.

Not so sure about that; But if it's just a day tour it wouldn't really matter whether you were invited or not. Their day tour is open to the public.

Try calling their office at 02.520.6400 or 02.892.9827.
