I totally agree! Sabu Ram and his company Icon India Tours made our holiday an absolute treat! He responded within a very short time (often minutes) to my inquiries and gave us options of places to visit in Rajisthan (where his home is). On arrival in Delhi, we had a superb driver, Kana Ram, who picked us up and stayed with us as our personal chauffeur for 17 days. Always with a smile, he took us hundreds of miles from Delhi to Agra and then to all of the hot spots of Rajisthan, managing the traffic with professional and careful driving. His English skills were quite good, so communication was not a problem. I had asked for a phone which Sabu bought for me and I used this phone often to talk to our driver if we were delayed or ready for pickup. Kana was always very attentive to our needs, as was Sabu, who called regularly to see how we were doing.

Sabu also had invited us to his village and to his family home where we were treated as 'gold'; his mother and sister-in-law made us delicious meals that we ate in traditional fashion; his sisters made us beautiful dresses during the night, ready for our morning departure.

We also had flights arranged by Sabu to go south to Kerala; his pick of Hotel Arches in Fort Cochin was perfect- quiet, great staff and elegant. In fact, most of the hotels in our 3-4 star price range were very good choices.

Although Sabu could not know exactly the details and reality of each hotel, he did his very best to adapt to situations that arose. The drivers were also very good to act as go-betweens when an issue came up that we could not resolve.

Our driver in Kerala was also superb; he was always good-humoured and very competent. James was attentive to our needs and adapted very easily.

Travelling in India can be challenging; having professional drivers, a very conscientious tour operator and a caring approach to each tourist are what Icon India Tours delivers. Sabu offers the world traveller a wonderful and safe visit to his incredible India, where everything is possible and all is well!

My mom 72 years old and I 50 years old, just got back from India and I am ever so glad to report back how wonderful Sabu was in organising our golden triangle tour! The driver Narender was fantastic, the car provided was great, the hotels were excellent, all 5 stars. We went with lots of uncertainty as we really do not know if what we have communicated so far on emails will be materialised. Well, of cos it turned out as planned & our Driver Mr Kana have ensured our utmost safety & comfort throughout the whole long journey from Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Delhi.

It is our regret that we did not have the chance to have dinner with Sabu who have invited us, however, we do hope that perhaps we could be the Host to him in Singapore.

You are so fortunate to have had Kana as your driver and Sabu as your trip organizer! We had Kana for 17 days in Rajisthan and he was attentive, polite, fun-loving, knowedgeable and professional. Icon India Tours is a young and competent company that provides excellent and attentive service.

Icon India Tours came recommended by some big boys of the tour industry in Delhi. I took their advice and Mr Sabu was the most professional from the onset. He was responsive with our emails, most of the time an immediate reply others not more than 1 hour away. He called us the moment we arrive in Delhi, a welcome call. That is top notch customer service (more to come later on)

Me & my wife went on a 5 Days tour with Icon India starting from Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. (12-16 February 2011). We had a pre-planned itinerary which we shared with Mr Sabu. He was a wealth of knowledge and provided very sound advice and suggestion. This is a very important factor in choosing your tour company. The driver, Mr Kana, was most professional, drives safely, informative and very courteous. The local guides were excellent, each from their respective cities giving us an in-depth coverage of each monument / sight and the cultural perspective too (as they say India changes every few miles a part).

On our last day of the tour, in Jaipur, we were invited for coffee by Mr Sabu, the owner of Icon India Tours, never had we actually met & had coffee with the owner of a tour company in the tours we have taken (over two dozen countries). He was sincere and cares for his customers, we gave him our feedback & suggestions. And when we were about to leave for the airport to Udaipur, Mr Sabu insisted to send us off at the airport! Oh me gosh, we were slightly embarrassed by his hospitality.

We planned to return to India and we will definitely use Icon Tours India again.

We had a great experience with www.iconindiatours.com too. We were there for a week in Feb. and had a fabulous time. Best was our time with Sabu where he treated us for coffee at the Rambagh Palace and we saw a march of elephants, camels, and drummers all dressed in colorful garb. Our driver Mukesh was fantastic, patient and very personable. He had bottled water for us daily and kept our SUV super clean and tidy. Our trip was once in a lifetime memorable and I would highly recommend Sabu!

Just returned from a 13 day trip Delhi-Jaipur-Agra-Varanasi and on to Kathmandu arranged by the owner Mr. Sabu Ram of the Icon India Tours which was executed as agreed to my content.

Our driver Mr. Prabhu Singh was a very careful driver and at our service 24 hours a day. I transfered 50 percent in advance of the trip and the rest at a dinner hosted by Mr. Ram at our arrival in Jaipur.

My wife and I traveled both north and south with Icon India Tours,and are we pleased we did.Well organised excelent drivers nothing to mutch trouble worry free everything went like clockwork .Sabu certainly knows how to organise .Instant replys to all e mails .I doubt we would have been able to enjoy the trip the way we did with out Sabu .If you are thinking about a trip to India, Go Icon India Tours you will be very glad and satisfied you did.
