we did the roulete and ended up in portillo, there was no iron in the room but if you requested it at the reception, the maid brought it to your room within 10 minutes with a nice small ironing board and you could use it for couple of hours

We requested an iron and they left the iron and board in our room for the whole stay. We left it set up so I guess they figured we were using it every day.

We just booked the roulette yesterday for an April 19th departure. Both resorts look lovely, I was just wondering how they determined which resort was assigned you upon arrival. Any ideas?
