“ Allegro Pl. Turquesa in Holguin, Cuba ”

Hi

I'm a first timer for Cuba, tripadvisor and have been searching the internet for a good deal for early April 2006.

Does anyone know or have been to Allegro Pl. Turquesa? I believe it's part of Occidental Grand Playa Turquesa in Holguin Cuba.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was at Grand Playa Turquesa last year - and I believe the Allegro portion is off to the side and appears to have more of a dormitory feel to it - not appealing at all (perhaps that is why you can find good deals). We went for a walk to it while there and did not feel comfortable in the area (there was no one around and it appeared to be not even used).. If you can get a hold of a map of the grounds (try webshots) it is the area over by the tennis courts.
