They tricked me by offering super low tickets giving me a booking number paid by credit card a deposit paid via paytabs to smartairtrip anouther fake company.i then stupidly paid the rest of tge money and once that was completed they cancelled my booking with ba, no tickets sent no reply to emails or calls. They all have english names like Lisa and Darren not being funny but they all were sounding like a asian background with fake american accents referring to me as mam. I have reported them to action fraud citisens advice and credit card company aware but I had to wait until they had rest of the money before they could accuse them of fraud or breaking contract.

this has caused me a lot of stress please if you get suspicious about a company or dont rush tobtake a offer expecially if its cheap its not worth it do your research and it helps if peolle write more about how these co artist work NAME and SHAME these people

They have no shame, I am always amazed how people find all these crazy webpages, and why they would not do at least some basic research before sending money to a total stranger, just because that stranger had a website and promised them a "good deal".

Gracie see post 2. The OP did do some basic research, Finding no bad reviews or warnings (hardly surprising as the site is only a few days old which the OP had no way of knowing) they went ahead..

Farespedia discussed here starting at post #85: OP started posting at post #91:

http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g1-i10702-k8090829-o80-Superfares_co_uk-Air_Travel.html

Very basic research pulled up warning you posted. That alone would have deterred me. OP states in her posts she knew they were new, but booked anyway.

Farespedia was first mentioned in that thread on 13 Feb. The OP posted on 14 Feb: "I have paid a deposit to company called farespedia 2 days ago..."

So the OP would not have seen any mention of Farespedia here before making the booking.

I don't think you can say the OP didn't do basic research. Maybe basic research wasn't adequate in this case but that is a different matter.

And the warning I posted is new too,

OP paid via paytabs with smartairtrip. She first made a deposit and the, after reading the other thread, went ahead and paid for the remainder of her tickets. Sorry she's going to have a hassle now.

<<They tricked me by offering super low tickets>>

Yes. This is how most of these skonky 3rd party Web-based agents work - a non-live ticket, priced below what a live ticket shows on the airline's Web page. Many assume that they are getting some sort of a "deal," when they are not. Some of these sites are only around to separate folk from their money, while a few will actually offer a service, and tickets, but almost NEVER at the initially displayed price. Seems that this bunch is in the former group - just stealing money?

Sorry for the bad experience, and good luck getting anything out of them.
