"Other reviews call this restaurant expensive - obviously they do not spend much time in the area. Almost EVERYTHING in the Engadine valley is expensive by foreign standards.

"For a romantic night out we had the four course romantic menu and the local speciality menu.
The tables are beautifully set with much love for the details. The starters confirmed our first impression - just amazing - great fresh ingredients nicely presented.
Then the disappointment - the pieces ..."of meat were presented with dull vegetables and my angus medallion came with a salty standard brown sauce ;( the meats were very good, but the inspiration we experienced in the starter was missing.
The trilogy of caramel was a dream and was prepared with lots of love!
Overall a good place to indulge in local specialties with friendly service.
Note - On a Sunday night we were at age 30 about half the age of any of the other guests.
