One sister - always willing to give you her honest opinion - is the hostess and in charge of waiting on customers. The other is in the kitchen, generally coming out to the tables to say hello and ask for feedback. Like many places in Switzerland, the people are reserved in nature, opening up if you make an effort. They love to answer questions. One interesting specialty not on the menu are locally, freeland, raised quails. These are served boned with fresh herbs.   "For a romantic night out we had the four course romantic menu and the local speciality menu. The tables are beautifully set with much love for the details. The starters confirmed our first impression - just amazing - great fresh ingredients nicely presented. Then the disappointment - the pieces ..."of meat were presented with dull vegetables and my angus medallion came with a salty standard brown sauce ;( the meats were very good, but the inspiration we experienced in the starter was missing.
