We were not especially hungry so didn't go for one of the many fine meat, fish or poultry dinners. My wife had meatballs and pasta. The meatballs are large, firm and flavorful. The pasta is penne and it and the red sauce were vary nice. A very nice garden house salad came with the pasta dish. Although a southwestern Virginia hillbilly by birth I lived in Michigan for 14 years when I was young and developed a taste for smelt. The relevance here is that Back When has fried smelt with fried potatoes as an appetizer. I ordered it as a dinner with a house salad. That was more than enough for this old dog to eat.
