  "Had to write another review to clarify the procedure of ordering at Skipjacks on their takeaway, which a past review found rude. I can honestly say the service here has always been excellent. Skipjacks has always told us the we can pre order by telephone, as a lot of the dishes need time to cook, e..."specially the grilled fish. If you have been waiting 20 mins in a queue to order, you do not really want to wait another 20 mins for your fish to be cooked, so they allow you to pre order. You then join the queue and give your name when you reach the first chef. They will then pack your order and hand you the food. This to me seems sensible and good customer service. If you do this regularly they get to know you. They will not take orders over the phone for items that are prepared, such as sausages or chips, unless part of an order that requires them to cook for especially.
