"Father Tom's is a very unique pub in the Cookeville downtown district. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint...brick walls and art. Window seal seats with decorative pillows makes it unique from different eateries in this town. They have several beers on tap and seems to be a thriving hangout for locals...". The pretzel appetizer is very good and comes with an awesome house stout mustard and beer cheese soup for dipping. I would recommend the house salad with grilled chicken.. Very inviting place and definitely recommended.

"Crawdaddy's is an establishment that is a favorite with locals. It has truly awesome food. I have never tried anything that I didn't like here. The oysters on a half shell is a great appetizer to start off with. The pan seared oysters, Louisiana Hot Garlic Shrimp, Shrimp n Grits, Surf-n-Turf, & Frie..."d oysters/crawfish are some of my favorite entrees. The okra and cheese and grits are excellent sides. The atmosphere is nice as well. For Cookeville dining I would definitely recommend Crawdaddys.

"My son asked if he could take his Grandmother and I out to dinner forMothers Day. This was a first so I hoped all would go well. Even though they were busy, the staff did not act stressed and they made the experience as wonderful as I hoped it would be. The food was good as always, but the service r..."eally stood out.
