  "We were back again last nite I had the Shrimp Parm it was out of this world and my husband had the Seafood Medley he said it was wonderful. The prices are great and both times we have been there I take home a doggie bag. And again the salad bar was super !   "You can tell by their website that this is going to be a SMALL place. It's not for people who are looking for crystal, pure white linens and snooty french accents. Instead, be prepared for intimate dining, superb food and friendly and discreet service. My husband and I shared 4 appetizers - all out..."standing; Onion Soup Gratinee, sauteed shrimp avacado salsa ; scallops ... the sauce, OMG!!!; and the escargot We then ordered the Risotto de Poulet (chicken). I'd love to know how they got that chicken soooo delicious and juicy and still kind of crisp on the outside! As for the risotto ... the creaminess and cheesy-ness... sigh.   "We chose this bar/restaurant after researching local options during our stay in Stroudsburg. We decided on Sarah Street because we liked the menu offerings plus they have live music featuring local musicians. We had an early dinner, so unfortunately did not have a chance to hear the live bands. ..."Our waitress was very attentive and the food was decent but nothing exceptional. Not really sure what the other reviewers were complaining about with the lighting, it is a bar and the lighting was just right. Readers and reviewers should consider that the cover charge is collected when musicians are performing and all the money collected goes to the musicians. Please support your local music!
