I am not a big dessert person, but for some reason Indigo Crows dessert never stop to amaze me. It was a cool 102 degrees in Corrales and we were undecided to where to sit either the patio or inside. Their AC is not great so if you can take the heat sit outside you are shaded by a giant tree. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you are in the area.
