  "My mom made the best calamari in the world. Since she passed I have tried calamari at way too many restaurants. Always the same story....Rubbery on the inside, greasy on the outside. On our wedding anniversary we went to Papa Vino's which is my favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic. ..."But this time I ordered the appetizer which included the Calamari. OMG! It was fabulous! Moist, tender, light. Sheer perfection. Just like Mama used to make. I was in heaven. This is THE place for Calamari. Everything I have ever eaten there has been terrific. The chef knows his stuff. My shrimp was snappy, the mussels succulent, the pasta al dente. If you love REAL Italian food, cooked the way it should be...Please go in and have the meal of your life.   "I had cheese pizza, my fiancé had a calzone. Pretty standard pizza, not too greasy, hand-tossed was a nice thin crust like I like. I'll definitely order again! And by the way, the name of this restaurant is Passero's, not Passers."
