The service is generally fast and friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Note- it calls itself Asian Bistro, but really it's Chinese food and sushi. Tried the ..."Pad Thai once and did not do that again. Also, the Chinese food is pretty reasonable, especially considering the large portions, but the sushi is expensive. Two things of note. There is an extensive vegetarian menu, not just the standard few dishes. Also, the owners have a serious work ethic. Translation - unless the power goes out, come storm, snow or national holiday (including Christmas), they are always open.   "We had dinner at Pollo-Mex on June 11 and couldn't have had a better meal. There were 5 of us and we each had a different entree. The seafood enchiladas were packed with huge shrimp and scallops and had a wonderfully spicy sauce on them. Rice and beans that accompanied the dish were equally tasty...". The seafood chimichanga was also packed with shrimp and scallops and, in a welcomed change, was pan sauteed instead of deep fried. Beef chimichangas were also huge and tasty and sauteed as well. The only mark off on the experience was the margaritas - you could barely taste the alcohol in them. Besides that, we were quite satisfied.
