I like that I can eat and keep entertained at the bar while watching 13 TV's and a crowd of locals, rather than sit at a table alone and look - well - alone.   "Great atmosphere and fantastic view of the river. There is a notice posted by the stairs/elevator on the way up that has "STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW", it is also in the menu. While it is very cleaver and funny i think that they mean what it says.
