My wife had catfish - all white meat (no dirty gray bits) perfectly cooked to crunchy perfection. She had raspberry tea - a little too strong - but blended a little raspberry tea with mostly regular sweet tea and that hit the spot. While eating on the porch, we saw several small lizards (some as big as 2 inches around and 6 inches long) and Fiddler Crabs walking along the boards looking for crumbs and tablescraps.
