She even brought us the printed story of how the restaurant came to be. The menu is all N.O. food--po boys, jambalaya, etc. Not easy to find anything heart healthy, but we shared the po boy, and it was plenty. Delicious. Sinful. Oh, boy! Loved sharing an order of beignets for dessert--4 of us shared 3 beignets and had plenty. I'd love to go there for brunch sometime. The waitress said EVERYTHING is made from scratch right on site.
