Tender to the extent that you almost don't need to bother chewing. The sides were good (if you had room to eat them!). Service very good, friendly and attentive. Good selection of wine and beers were cheap. Considering what you got it was very, very good value for money. One thing I couldn't get my head around was the lack of customers (we went on a Tuesday at 10pm and there were only two other tables occupied in a very large restaurant. I imagine it must be pretty full on weekends - but I can't understand why it isn't full every night, especially considering some mediocre restaurants in the town were pretty full that night.
