  "I am a native of Tarlac City and i must say i missed out on Nay's House all this time. Whenever i go to the Provincial Library back in highschool i would wonder how it looked like inside and what food they serve. So finally, i gave it a try with hubby and my daughter.... Several years after highscho..."ol. It is still famous, though. And i now understand why... The interior is laid back, which my family liked very much. There were a few interesting pieces of decorations that ultimately matched the old-fashioned-in-a-good-way ambiance of the place. There is a Pasalubong corner, but what they sell are not really what i can call Tarlac's specialty, but i am sure they taste good. :) Anyways, their menu is very simple, no frills at all. I just hope they put "prices are exclusive of 12%VAT" at the bottom of the menu to avoid diners from being misled.
