  "I took my gal to this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a chicken BBQ set for myself and a grill chicken chop from the kid's menu for her. Mine came after a short wait but my gal's was taking way too long. Her meal came after I reminded them twice. When the waiter placed it down, I was a bit shock to ..."see the overly charred chicken. I requested for the supervisor to seek his view over the dish and wanted to know if it was meant to be like that. Without hesitation, he apologized and said he would change a new one. My gal had eaten most of the fries so I agreed for only the chicken to be fair. He even offered desserts for us which I declined because I was full and didn't want to be like an opportunist but my gal did said yes to the strawberry gelato that he insisted in giving (wink).
