"I was brought to this restaurant by one of my client when I visited Kuching last week. He told me this is a great place for dining authentic Dayak cuisine.
My client ordered some local rice wine (Tuak) before the meal served. The Tuak is quite sweet but it is smooth. The famous dishes here are BB..."Q Pork, durian with ikan bilis, sambal petai with prawn, local vegetables Bidin and it served with brown rice.
After the dinner, the waitress introduce us some nice dessert - Ice Cream with Tuak! It is amazing and it really taste better than any other ice cream.
