"It has been a long cold winter here in Shenyang but we are now getting some glorious sunshine .I spent sunday afternoon with a group of friends in Heidis Beer Garden or as some of my french speaking colleagues say the Terrace .The beer was good the banter was great we had a great time i am sure ther..."e will be more to come as we head into the summer months .The service was good , don't forget the happy hour , we didn't eat on this occasion but who cares when you are having fun . Lots of ex-pats from all over the globe very good to see my old friends again .

"Chinese have definitely discovered the coffee culture and you can see they are embracing the snobbery, elitism and obsession with branding when you visit any Starbucks. All over the city Starbucks are filled with people trying to join the crowd. The other option of course is the DIO coffee style c..."offee shop. It's 4 oz cups of coffee at $6 and $7 us per cup is a gem.
IS Caffee stands out as a typical coffee shop in the American style. It's small quaint and they aren't trying to sell a brand. They are trying to provide excellent coffee in a comfortable environment. The location is less than ideal for tourists because it's on a busy computer street but if you live in New World Gardens it's only a 5-10 minute walk up San Hao Jie. Definitely a great spot for an hour or two retreat from the noise and commotion of the city.

Due to the small but very clean kitchen, Lazlo goes to the market (or Metro) himself almost every day and buys whatever fresh he finds, in additional to the all-time classic menu from Duck Confit, Greek Salad, Antipasti platter, onion soup under appetizers, steaks, pasta and pizza for mains, leave room for the Espresso Crème Brule.
