Based out of the old Archbishops "sala" in his former Palace...the decor and ambiance cannot be surpased in Quito. The view over the Plaza (you can even get a table by the balcony) is picturesqu..."e and the decor is a cross between ab Old English Country Squire house and an apartment for a Cardinal in the Vatican. it reminds me of the old restaurant at the Plaza Hotel in New York.... The food should not leave even the most renound restaurant critic dissapointed.....a complete international menu. We brought our tour group here and Mea Culpa caters to large private groups.
