"Great new restaurant in uptown area of the city. It's fresh dishes and flavors will definitely keep you coming back for more. I have dined here in the last two weeks and still haven't had enough of it. Our last visit was a little disappointing for a number of reasons:
1. The pho was bland. It ju..."st didn't have that "umph" like the previous times we were there. Everything else was still good though -- rice rolls, fish cake, satay.
2. Service -- they have a number of nice friendly staff but not all are trained to handle food or serve properly which was a let down. I did expect more from the a-group. 1.) "Hard to believe, its a dive, but there is no better "Tex Mex" or really better food than this place makes. When I go to Cebu I stay on Mactan island just so I can eat there. I have tried many other places and there just isn't anything better.

The Margaritas are fabulous, and as I said about Skips Beach Resort the calamansi really makes the difference in this island version of a Margarita or a J & C.
They also serve Philippino food as well, and it's good, much better than the other Philippino restaurants, that's what my Philippino GF says. We go there all the time like many of the locals.
Neal, the owner also has hotel rooms and motorbikes for rent, so you can do the whole thing in a one stop shop fashion if you like. The one time I stayed ther...

"One of my favorite restaurant in Cebu where I used to have my lunch. Love their grilled tomato serve with spicy kebab. Only thing is that it took so long to get your order. So a friendly advise don't go there when you're already starving!!
Very healthy organic food in this restaurant would still ..."come back there.
