I think the attitude of most establishments is that of 'Crab Mentality' where they simply just think for ripping foreigners ..."off today as maybe they think we don't return. The establishment is overlooking the main beach of El Nido proper which is dirty and not maintained. If I was the owner of these front line beach establishments I would clean my area of beach and get rid of the stray dogs for the customers benefit. But locals in this part of the Philippines simply don't care less and not that friendly towards foreigners unlike other areas of the country. " More >
